Also, when I had to replace a spare part after only a year, they insisted that I pay for it although it should have been included in the 5-year warranty. I complained about it, but they wouldn't let it go. I hear it's common practice in Belgium and unless you have a legal insurance to sue them there is not much one can do about it. So much about the usefulness of a 5-year warranty.
