I am pissed because I have called let them know I want be back because of the decision to go with total knee replacement plus sent an email what more do I have to do!!!! This is Not good business yall! I am not going to continue paying for services I'm not receiving! This is just not FAIR. If I knew how shady this was going to turn out, I would've never walked into the building!!!

They do offer some classes and even some one-on-one instruction to help get you going, if you need that. Some of the staff members are friendly and personable, while others, not as much. (But that's anywhere anymore) I had some problems with the door scanner reading my key a couple of times, which made it a pain to get in, (but I think it's largely resolved) and it does feel a little like a sauna inside at times, but all in all, pretty good place.

I paid, what I thought, and what was vaguely explained to me as just a joining fee of $99, and when I came into cancel my membership, after only a week and a half (I joined YMCA instead because for $20 more they blow AnytimeFitness out of the water) she looked at me with this grin on her face and said "oops, well I'm sorry." This company has already made a 300% profit on me and still wanting to suck out more. I've changed my card information so no more reoccurring charges come through but boy if I get anything in the mail saying I owe them another dime, they will hear from my attorney, in which I do have a reoccurring payment set up with!

I like the gym, it's not congested like others and you can go in and do what you have to do…read more however the manager Kaitlyn is very rude , when greeted she did not greet back, she was 0 friendly .. she also was the one to sign me up on the 1 year contract , my 1 year contract is done and she told me that the pricing was supposed to change to 19.99 biweekly but it's remained the same as it was with the 1 year contract 21.99, I'm not going to argue about a few dollars but she is now saying she NEVER said that She is rude , part of her job is to answer any questions a customer may have & I don't think she likes her job.
