There is currently an open Department of Public Health investigation against Dr. Kalpana Reddy at this location of Middlesex Primary Care. My child was a patient of hers starting in /2023 without incident. However, after negligent and substandard care where an unlicensed clinical psychology intern was allowed to discuss my child's treatment with Dr. Reddy, my child was given the flu vaccine in September of 2025 without consent from my wife or myself. Dr. Reddy's excuse was that the child seemed so mature she forgot to ask us for consent. My child was 13 at this appointment. Connecticut law requires that ALL vaccinations and wellness checkup related care be approved by a parent or legal guardian and Dr. Reddy knowingly bypassed parental consent laws. I'm really sad that I had this experience there but I had been using Middlesex Primary Care since I was an infant. So when I moved to Clinton, I started going to this location. That being said I have a thyroid condition. And I don't have a thyroid anymore. I was having severe symptoms for years G.I. my heart ovarian Sez. And many many more I had lab work to show that I was going autoimmune I had lab work to show that my thyroid was not regulated. They would not give me referrals to an endocrine or to a G.I. I never knew why. And a few years later sure enough I went full-blown auto immune because of their neglect. It was hard because out there there are not a lot of good quality doctors. I had trouble finding more so I stuck with that. Until I found a hormone Doctor Who I absolutely love and it's not with Middlesex. I hope anyone who uses this facility ends up being a big advocate for themselves because you'll need it. read more

Dr. Reddy took it upon herself to not respond to my on call page over the weekend. I woke up symptomatic and wanted to discuss recent imaging. After 8 hours of not hearing from her I called the on call again. This time I expressed my frustration after being dismissed all day. She then decided to call, 8 hours later! She stated that she doesn't go over routine imaging over the weekends. My scan was NOT routine and I was SYMPTOMATIC. She wouldn't know that because she took it upon herself to not call me back. If she felt my concern wasn't important she could've at least had the decency to call me back. Instead, she screens calls and decides if your concern is worth responding to. News flash, this is your job. You don't get to dismiss patient concerns. I would like to know when you decided that you didn't want to help people? I'm a nurse working in healthcare and everyone deserves quality care. You won't get that from her. She's desensitized and couldn't care less. Go elsewhere. read more

Worst doctors office and staff ever!!! I had an appointment March 30, 2020. I did not get a confirmation call so I called on 3-27-2020 and was assured my appt was still scheduled. I showed up on the 30th and was told it was cancelled. I was quite mad when I just made sure it was still on! They rescheduled and then called to say they were changing their hours and had to reschedule again. I was not happy but did it. I just got another call that they had to change it again and this time not for another month!! Incompetent staff and I will be getting the hell out of there when this virus stuff is done. Also, Osnaga doesn't do anything. Any pain or medical issue I have, she prescribes Ibuprofen 800 and that is it. NOTHING else!! Absolutely the worst doctors office I have every had to deal with!!! read more

The $25,000 in taxpayer money could have been better allocated to a cancer patient or for that matter a child. The hippocrates oath doesnt seem to apply to the physicians who try to convince a patient to take sleep medication when the patient has no trouble sleeping. The state of connecticut paid for my expensive $25,000 hospital visit...i think the hospital visit, a waste of time, was an unethical decision and a disgrace to the complex determination of allocation of resources. Also, i think the hospital should be investigated for violating several HIPPA laws and violations. read more
