OMG! I don't even know where to begin with how wonderful Jennifer was/is! We went there after trying 2 other "printing" facilities (staples) where they told me they could print our Save the date cards and ended up not being able to. Long story short she stayed in contact with us almost every day, had our cards done 3 days earlier than expected and even stayed late so I could pick them up after work. Do not use this business. I had a great experience two weeks ago where an employee assisted me in mailing some documents via UPS. Very helpful and knowledgeable, albeit a bit overpriced. I returned today to do the same today and was told by the owner(?) They "don't do that" she simply pointed to the UPS drop box outside. I explained I don't really known how to fill out those forms and that it was very important that these documents are received. She said she doesn't know how either and that the last lady must have just "done me a favor, and mailed it through their business UPS account ". ???? If you have a business account and I'm paying $15 to send a few pages , how do you not know how to do it? Also I should add that she was on the phone for several minutes before even saying a word to me when I walked in, as well as having her labradoodle blocking the front door, sleeping. After struggling with then forms for about 10 minutes, I left and will go across town to the UPS store. She did however asks me several times if I "figured it out" to which I kept replying "no" and she went about her business in the back office. Terrible customer service and rude. read more

GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. This last review was not at all fair. I am a business owner and have been using Middletown Press for years now. They have SUPERIOR customer service, pay attention to every detail, and provide quality printing, advertising and promotional products. I know many of my business associates that use their services and all are extremely happy. They are NOT a pack and ship company. They do not advertise providing shipping services. There is a UPS and Fedex box outside their location, however for the convenience of local customers, but they do not own it and are not affiliated with the services it provides. People should get their information straight before trying to slander a good business like Middletown Press! read more
