We had called a…read morecompetitor who came by looked at the windows, never measured and then provided a verbal quote of 12k. This is not a small company but I won't mention names. We then called Gary. He came to the condo and met with my daughter, he explained everything to her, took complete measurements and produced a quote of around 4k. I knew from my research that the windows alone were going to be costing me around 2k for quality windows. Then the installation. We contracted with Gary to do the job. This was just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. We paid him the deposit for the windows. Well of course, then as one would say everything hit the fan with Covid-19. My pay was cut by 40% and so we were just banking it would take a while to get the windows from the supplier.. Well, as luck would have it, the next week Gary called me and said he had the windows and was ready to install. Wow... With my current pay situation, my wife and I hesitated on spending the last of the 2k, just in case we needed it to put food on the table. Gary was fully understanding, cooperative and worked with us. He simply said..... Give me a call when you feel confident to move forward with the installation! Wow... As things progressed my wife and I were making ends meet, so we called Gary to get the windows installed. We watched his crew arrive through the Ring camera (Since we were in Colorado and had mailed Gary the keys) and get the windows installed. A few days later Gary himself, inspected the job at the condo. Only after that inspection did Gary call me and tell me the job was completed. My daughter recently went back to the condo and she face-timed us and showed us the installation. We couldn't be happier with anything. Gary, THANK YOU!!!

We live close to a major highway and road noise was always a nuisance. Once the picture window went in it was incredibly quiet and completely draft free. No cold air coming in during winter months. The glare guard in the glass keeps glare to a minimum. We have butterfly bushes that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. It's a joy to sit and watch them without the noise the new window eliminated. Initially we thought the price we paid for the window was a little high but you get what you pay for. In retrospect the incredible quality of the window has far surpassed the price paid. You can't go wrong with Renewal by Andersen. I only wish we had used them when we replaced all the other windows in the house with a product of far less quality. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

It seemed like he was bringing whoever could come along to help. Screw holes not all spackled and sanded, wall anchors all painted over rather than punched in and speckled, several paint drippings. Above all the doors there were slice marks in the drywall like they cut the taped paper off. The wooden rafters in the living room had paint all over the ends. Sloppy job. He did do a nice job of patching over an outlet box for a no longer existing light switch and fixed a patch of mold under one window. But I spent the following week fixing everything. I do not recommend for painting.
