I've been a regular at this location for well over a year now and the staff and selection are always well beyond satisfactory. I usually always purchase an Anchor Delta-8 cartridge (the Strawberry Kiss is the strongest, I believe) and a large bottle of Red Bali kratom (which increases the potency of the Delta-8, in my experience). And because we have a rewards account here and shop here so regularly, we're able to take advantage of the excellent savings (generally between $5-$10 off). Their inventory is growing, as well. I've noticed the past few times I've gone inside that they are getting some new, interesting products. And if you're new to the scene and aren't sure where to start -- or if you want to try something new, but need recommendations -- the staff here are an excellent resource! They're incredibly kind and patient and are knowledgeable about the products they're selling. I'm very comfortable with their recommendations because I know they won't steer me wrong, and I find I'm almost always satisfied with their suggestions. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and getting this level of quality service.

I have been in the Bristol Virginia store 6 times and only one time has an employee there treated…read moreme as a person. The workers are absolutely rude. I had never been in the store before so knew nothing about the setup, so l ask for help. You wou l d think l asked them to walk to Florida. I have heard them talking to other workers about other customers asking where onions were and other items and actually heard them complain about those people. They take no time to show you where anything is and when they are stocking and have boxes stacked on one side of the aisle and they are opposite, the big buggies are hard to get through so l say excuse me....then pardon me and the guy slung what he had aside and gave a disgusted look. I hope the Tennessee store hires better workers. The ones that work in Bristol Virginia must have crawled out from under rocks. Customer service should be better than that. Time to clean house.
