This bicycle tour was fantastic! The guide was knowledgeable and the locations were spot-on. Highly recommend if you (like us) only have a few days in Paris, as you can see so much on this tour! It was simple and easy through their website. Meet up location was easy to find. My tour guide is Alberto. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He told a lot of stories about all of the history monuments we visited. To be honest, I dislike history class, but I like listening to stories. Alberto did it in a nice way that interested me. We actually passed the stop we wanted because it wasn't clearly announced and the bus didn't stop long enough to get out of our seats and exit. We never hopped back on. We tried to board at a spot that was marked on our map but waited more than 30 minutes for a bus to arrive. When it did we flagged down the driver who told us that he could not let us on because we weren't at a proper stop. But he also wouldn't tell us where the stop was. We ended up taking an Uber back to our hotel.

And maybe a chicken dish. Another plus is that they had plugs at our table so we could recharge our devices after using them to navigate all day. We've had a few successes with Viator so this is leaving me completely puzzled. On May 8, 2025, we…read morewere supposed to meet someone at the Henry IV statue at the Pont Neuf bridge at 3:15 to get our tickets for the 3:30 tour. We got there early enough to have lunch and walk around a bit. At 2:30 we went over to the statue and sat on a bench to enjoy the sights and wait for our tour. at 3:20, no one had showed up with tickets. We called the tour provider and they said they had notified Viator that this specific tour was oversold and that we were moved to the 3:00 tour. NO ONE ever told us. ON top of that, we were at the location at 2:45 (the time they said we needed to get the tickets at the statue) and NO ONE was there. We called Viator and they said we were considered "late" and they could not refund us, despite the fact that we were way early. at 3:37 pm, we received an email from Viator saying that our tour had changed to 3:00 pm and we needed to be at the statue at 2:45. nearly an HOUR after the time we were supposed to be there, they notified us. However, we WERE there. Viator still claims they cannot refund our tickets. I'll add, the email they sent us had a 3:00pm timed ticket to enter Notre Dame on our own, but we received it 37 minutes too late. This was a once in a lifetime trip, and to miss such a highlight as Notre Dame, after we've taken so much time to plan ahead, and pay nearly $200 for this unique experience.

I meant to make a reservation for our first night, but I forgot to. Turns out my sister's friend was in town and she surprised us by booking a dinner for the 3 of us as it happened to be my sister's bday. We got there a little early. Probably a solid 30 mins before the checkin time. It gave us plenty of time to do a little photo shoot with the tower behind us as it happened to be a different color. The food is ok. What makes this a great experience is that you get to see all the monuments at night. They even announce when you happen to be in front of the Louvre and Notre Dame. Our waiter made it a point to tell us what we were passing. I enjoyed the food I got. I also enjoyed the drinks that my sister ordered for me cos she doesn't drink so I just had her get me drinks. Boy was I tipsy. Our dinner came with a bottle of red wine that we barely touched. I ended up taking it home. All in all, it's certainly a great experience. The service was amazing.
