The first bay available on the right side was three spots away from the exit BUT on the soap setting it did very little washing at all. All it did was rinse away the dirt sitting on the very top of the SUV BUT did not remove the dirt...So I thought that it was maybe it was just a bad bay so I moved one spot on the right side over towards the exit. Again it did not remove the dirt on the SUV and I saw the attendant and called him over to tell him that two stalls were not washing on the soap setting.... He said he was a car detailer and that I had to now use the brush to clean my vehicle....So I had no choice but to now used the brush that was oozing pink foam. I went around the Rogue twice then I rinsed the Rogue...SUV STILL DIRTY. WHOEVER owns this place lowered the pressure so bad that the bays won't clean your vehicle using the SOAP setting...BRUSH cleaned some dirt but not all.. I was invited to come into the office when I arrive there for a tour. This place will take tap, tokens and coins. As a welcome to the car wash, Jeremy gave me four tokens to get started. Then showed me how to work everything. This place is amazing. I would highly recommend that everybody go there. I am very happy that I discovered this gem of a car wash and will be to returning for many many car washes in my future! Jeremy's kind and warm demeanour really just made my morning really delightful. As to the facility, the stalls were generously sized! My pants will a-test to the wonderful pressure; as my aim and body positioning clearly require work! All the unwanted hitch hikers (bug and bug smears) have been dutifully removed from my car swiftly and easily! All in all affordable and effective. Lots of washing options available, as well as the ability to dry on site as long as there's nobody in line. They heavily enforce this as I've gotten yelled at before for not having an active timer while vehicles are waiting...so just keep that in mind.

I sort of regret not getting the power-polish since I have a black car. Also looks like I need to clean the underside of the car as dust is stuck into my rock-guard stuff. They erased themselves somehow so they can continue ripping people and they shouldn't get away with it. The lady watched me put my blankets in a broken machine and continued watching as I added soap and my money. One out of 8 machines I use didn't complete my wash, apparently she thinks I'm stupid because she blamed me for it not working. Then she tellse I have remove my belongings which are soaked and to put them in another machine as to which I had to pay for. A larger machine that costed more. These machines are disgusting, they destroy your clothes, they don't spin completely. The dryers are gross too, the settings on them are way off. Either you spend a lot on low heat or burn your clothes on high heat. I think I spent $80.00 on 7 or 8 loads plus an extra wash. That was my 2nd time going there in probably 3 years, both times I had a vehicle. Go to EK, Washatear (sp), way way cheaper. Further but you save $60. Thank you, I hope this gets posted.

The male staff member literally took the paid item away from the female customer and held it and said he's the manager, while he was on the phone with his friend/family/whoever during work hours. Super unprofessional and disrespectful towards female customers. The female customer had requested the store manager's card to report the male employee for engaging in a private phone conversation with his friends instead of providing exceptional customer service. The male employee also claimed he was the store manager and didn't have a business card. Since the Esso store was recently acquired by a new owner, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. Manager, please instruct your staff to refrain from making private phone calls to their friends/family/whoever. It's unprofessional and get rid of the male employee that worked at this Esso on Thursday evening/night. He's incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude.

Today was my third time going through the Touchless Car Wash at this Esso branch and my last. The…read morefirst time, the sensor was so sensitive that it took a LONG time to adjust the car for it to start. It would either be at "GO" or "BACKUP". I have since learned how to inch the car into the tiny window for the carwash to start. Then, I drove forward too quickly and then the carwash turned off so my car was not dried at all. The second time was better but there were also watermarks and uneven drying. Today, however, the left side of the carwash had NO water and did not wash that half of my car. The right side did, which left my car clean on the right side and dirty with a clear muddy white strip down the left. I took photos to show the cashier who informed me that the policy is that there are no rewashes. NO REWASHES even if the carwash is BROKEN? That's ridiculous.
