The other laundry I usually go to fell out of favor with me. This spot is close to the hotel I am staying in. I love how clean it is. They also have Wi-Fi for their customers, so you can listen to your music or a book as you get your dirty clothes clean. I also love how friendly their staff is! I stopped in two times and both times, they were beyond kind!!! They do offer same day wash and fold service (based on how busy they are). Unlike other spots, their office hours start at 4pm on weekdays. AND they have weekend service, yes even SUNDAY !!!! I'd recommend this location for regular laundry or wash and fold. You'll be so happy you found d this spot!!!!!

So a whole day went by. On visit two, I asked when it could be done, (keep in mind historically it has been same day service, maybe two to three hours) the attendant told me tomorrow after noon. I went to leave. Then he said 9pm. Again not the service I need. I went to leave again. He didn't realize that I was not able to wait that long. Alleged, it will be done around 3p. Six hours after drop off, but still same day... so we will see. Also, since it's next to the cape shop, the whole laundry smells like weed. Maybe that's your thing, but it's not mine. The parking lot is also a hot mess most days. Again. Vape shop issue. Pack your patience for the parking lot, and a mask if you're gonna go here, unless you like to get a wee high while doing your laundry, in which case this could be a perfect fit!

And their answer is "it shouldn't take from your balance ( IT DID) and it should resolve tomorrow". Which doesn't help me today because I believe I clearly said I was going to the store after washing. Now my life is on hold because these people do not know how to transact and have no concept of resolving pre authorization errors. To them, "it should resolve tomorrow" is sufficient. They do not care about your money only that they already got it. Be warned.

They let you choose your detergent and fabric softener. It's a little pricey but you're paying for a convenience. I highly recommend the wash and fold service to save yourself a ton of time if you're on vacation or in town for work. They also give you a bright green laundry bag on your first visit so you can transport your laundry on future visits.

The washers had multiple options for prices/sizes and although the larger options were pricier 9.50/load they were updated, clean, could fit a lot, and had the option to download and app and pay on your phone instead of quarters. Driers were standard. Thankfully no Karen's to complain about mothers with children who have to go to the laundry mat and wash their clothes or people who probably honestly just don't want to talk to someone so simple minded.
