In my procrastination ways, I didn't have time to special order a full sized bottle, and Englebardt's was out of stock - but they did have mini bottles of the vodka available which ended up made a great option for the gift basket we were building. Though he had plenty of unboxed bottles in the front of the store, the owner went into the back to find me an unopened, undamaged box of the minis to make a nice visual impact in the gift. The extra attention to detail went above and beyond for me; I've visited Englebardt's a few times since when picking up bottles for my own stock or hosting gifts, and will continue to visit when shopping in Schenectady in the future.

They have a quality selection of bourbon, and a very nice man behind the counter who is willing to help you if you need a hand picking a nice bottle. The wine selection is better than most in the area, but may leave a little bit to be desired if you're from a larger city.
