While visiting Pensacola Beach we were in need of a church for Catholic Mass and St. Ann's was…read moreclose by in gulf breeze. This is a large church that can probably seat around 800. We went for the five PM Saturday vigil Mass. Greeters at the door welcomed us and chatted with us about home. Very welcoming. Inside is bright and modern. Service was traditional and the priest gave a great homily. The music was fantastic - the Cantor could have been an opera star.

Hunt Hall is attached to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. My sister hosted her wedding…read moreand had the reception at Hunt Hall. Monica is the administrator. She is very courteous and professional. The staff in general was very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped with an ice machine, 3 commercial fridge units, dishwasher and other commercial equipment to help you host your event. There are specific hours that they will have the hall open for decorating. Plan ahead and make the most of your time. Also decorations are not allowed to be attached to the wall. We were allowed to attach very lightweight structures to the lights in the middle of the room. The audio system is setup with an audio technica wireless microphone. There are antennas set up throughout the room so there is no area that I tested that had a lapse. The music system is very simply setup. There is a wall plate with two xlr connections for a dj or if you have the skill to make you own cable you can make a male xlr to a stereo mini so you can use an ipod or laptop for a playlist instead. They have tables and chairs available. I don't the specifics if they are provided or are available for rent. I want to conclude that the staff was very helpful, the audio system, kitchen is setup for your next faith based event. Also there are quite a few beach houses for rent within walking distance.
