It was suppose to go regardless. I only got it back because of my cameras. Bringing it back they left them in the front yard. They are extremely heavy and went into the backyard where they were going anyway to get metal they didn't originally get when deciding what of mine they wanted to keep for themselves. The actual movers were very polite but said they could not do that. White sofa was not wrapped and arrived with filthy hand prints. Upon contact with owner, he was rude, and said all of that was not in the contract. However, she had asked for contract 3 times prior to moving day. Should have been our first red flag. They didn't do what he said would be done and she paid for twice the time it took. Would not use again!

Otherwise, these guys ( 3 of them ) did not waste any time and were very polite and professional. I called multiple movers and they were one of the very reasonable ones. The two times I called, James greeted me very well and explained how things works. Other than one tiny scratch, none of my stuff had any damage. I recommend them without any reservations.
