So much better than airport parking! I'm so glad I did this! It was snowing and rainy the day I had to fly out. Thanks to this service, I did not have to wait outside for an airport shuttle. You show up, valet park your car and get right in the shuttle. The pick up when I landed was very fast as well. Miguel was great to work with. I hear it's much slower if you use airport parking because their shuttles do not come very often. It was very easy to make the reservation online and have peace of mind that they would make sure I got to the airport as soon as I parked. And I felt my car was more secure in their lots. read more

Their website calls this midway speedpark and I'll be using them when flying out of midway exclusively from here on out. I used to use midway's economy lot but the last time my buddy parked there, he came back to some broken windows. This parking lot is attended 24/7 so I used it for the first time last weekend for that peace of mind. It almost feels silly writing a review for airport parking but the service here was that good. My departing flight was at 5:50am so I set my parking reservation to 4am. At 3:20am I get a call and I'm like what the fuck and picked up. It was Angel making sure I was up and ready to go. This was a week before Christmas so he wanted to make sure I arrived on time since security may take a little longer due to the holidays. Angel was cool as fuck too. Soon as I got there, he got the shuttle going right away and let me know exactly what to expect. My return flight was at 11pm. Angel gave me a card with instructions on what to do. Once we unboarded I texted the service my reservation number and they said they'd be at the pickup location in 10 minutes. My guy Abraham was right on time. He was cool as fuck too. Look me up on PSN, Abraham. My ID is jsung32. It was cold out in Cicero when I landed so Abraham started my car before he left the lot to pick me up. I really appreciated that. They said it's a family business and these guys take such good care of you that you'll feel so slimy if you don't have a way to express your gratitude. For your sake, I'd suggest having some cash on you to say thanks. I felt terrible when I didn't have anything for Angel when he dropped me off. He was still cool about it. He said he wouldn't be here on my return flight though but if I left a tip for whoever, they'd get it to him. I let Angel know and he was happy to take care of it. Fuck man. I might have to travel more or get a job there. Those two are definitely dudes I'd like to get to know better or become friends with lol. Oh yea. I booked through spot hero and it was a little cheaper than the website. The price difference between here and the economy lot is also negligible too so it'd be irresponsible to not take this over the economy lot. read more

We have​ parked here twice and the service was excellent both times. The last time we had about eight inches of snow while we were gone but the car was clear of all snow. So first of all, I believe this is now called Midway SpeedPark, not Midway Parking Spot. I just came back from a terrible trip to Texas where they got snow and ice and the whole 9. But I will say that Midway SpeedPark was one of the few bright spots about my trip. It was easy to make a reservation online (I don't think this is required, but it is suggested). I believe I promptly received a confirmation shortly after booking. The location was fairly easy to find; I just pulled right up and the attendant came out to my car, confirmed the booking and loaded my luggage into the shuttle. You get a text message from them asking that you let them know when you arrive back at Midway so that they can pick you up in the shuttle. Being that the midwest got around 5 inches of snow while I was gone, I was expecting to come back and have to dig my car out of my spot. But when we got back to the lot, my car was out front, running, and with the heat on and ready to go! I believe that I booked the valet option....so I'm not sure if they did this because of that, or if they do that no matter which option you book. Anyway, I was very happy with the price and the service, and will certainly use them again in the future. read more

Reservation was easily made online and got an immediate confirmation email. I also did alterations to my reservation online the night before without any issues. I arrived at 6:00am with the shuttle driver promptly ready to park my car for me in their lot, then drive me to the airport in their clean air conditioned black company-labeled shuttle van. They will give you a ticket with all the information you need to be picked up and retrieving your car (see photo). Being only 3 minutes away from the airport, I was there in no time! Economy park with free shuttle: $12/day. What a great deal for an efficient and safe service! Truthfully I was a little hesitant because this company didn't have any Yelp reviews online yet, but I trusted their other online reviews customers made in the past which were all excellent. Returning: You pay via a text message link when you text them to pick you up at the airport. There was only a $0.49 "documentation fee" and option to tip your driver. It was very convenient and I only had to wait about 6 minutes for them to pick me up at Midway. Both drivers (to and from) the airport were so nice and always helped me with my bags even if I didn't really need it! I will definitely use this company again when traveling from Midway Airport. Very bad experience with this lot. We booked through an online parking service and thought we could arrive and wait for the next available shuttle to take us to the airport. However, we were told that we missed our shuttle time and that the lot's policy was not to take you if you miss your shuttle time for arrival, even though there was a shuttle van in the lot ready to take another passenger to the airport. We paid to park in this lot for three days and were not allowed to park in the lot or to take the shuttle that was present. The attendant asserted that he had called to say the shuttle was leaving, but he neglected to say that he called from his personal non-identifiable cell phone, which looked like a robo-spam call on my phone early in the morning. We ended up having to park in a more expensive lot that was closer to make sure we did not miss our flight. The lack of flexibility for this prepaid parking situation was unbelievable and frustrating. read more

Excellent location and service. Closest to departure entrances. Shuttle to airport has always been waiting. Shuttle back to parking may be just a bit longer due to traffic. Though parking is outside, in winter they have the car warmed up and waiting upon arrival at their lot. read more

I was extremely impressed I generally take a cab or a ride from a gracious friend to Midway. This time however I decided to drive and park overnight. The location is easy to find the driver was most accommodating when I drove to the airport and when I was picked up after my return flight. I used MPS this past weekend for a family trip to San Francisco. I usually fly out of O'Hare so was trying a different option by flying from Midway. MPS advertised a competitive price with valet drop off and pick up. I should have known better. We arrived in the early am for our flight, which was good, since it appeared that the lone attendant was about to leave for the airport with other people and there was no second van, which I took to mean that either, a) I would have had to wait for a shuttle, or b) they will make you wait for others to arrive. Not exactly the valet service that was promised. As the lone attendant parked our car, we, and others, waited in the bus to leave. The facility is nothing more than a small fenced in lot with minimal evident security, so when we pulled away from the lot, two gates were left wide open (not very comforting) but we made it to the airport with time to spare. The return, even worse. We followed the instructions and texted our ticket number once we had our bags. Then we waited, outside, for 30-minutes for the van to show up. Not pleasant with 3 cranky kids in the hot, humid July evening air, and we were not the only people who had been waiting, another customer had been waiting longer! In the same time, we saw multiple vans for other companies. When the van did arrive, the driver belligerently argued that we weren't waiting very long (dude, we both have the times on our phones, we know exactly how long it was), with not an apology to be had, condescendingly suggesting that we take someone else next time, or that "maybe you want us to send a limo to wait for you?" Finally the driver shared that there were only two drivers and he had to wait for another customer's wheelchair on the drop off, but still refused that we had been waiting very long. Long story short, while the price is good ($48 plus tip on the front end, no way was I tipping that lousy service on the back end), the service, not so much. They are a small outfit and apparently don't need your business enough to apologize for an apparent screwup. I suggest parking at a larger facility with more busses and better customer service. read more

For the first time, we used this for long term parking at Midway Airport and had a great experience that started with the helpful/courteous rep when we called to make the reservation and continued with the drop off and pick up a week later. They text you the info you need to find the pick up bus and the driver is helpful and courteous, but most importantly they allowed me not to worry about the car when we were gone on vacation. read more
