They have blocks, cubes, tubs and curds of many flavors. They have wine and spirits, and beef sticks! The shop is very clean and well organized. There are a few small tables for the drinks and snack food they serve from their front counter. They also have a small variety of local foods and items to buy. It's worth the drive from Mitchell if you like a cheesy and local experience - and if you don't have time to stop by, they sell a good variety of their cheese at the grocery store near the interstate in Mitchell.
