I will start by saying their educational sessions are top notch. Very informative and really well…read moredone. That is what hooked us. We went in and loved the Financial Advisor Alex. He explained the process and gave us a lot to consider. We decided to sign with them. When we went back it felt a bit rushed. They quickly went through the contract ( we printed it out after and it's about 250 pages) and I felt mislead by the fees. We really had to DIG to get the full answer. The answer that clarified it for us made me skeptical. It actually made me worry about the whole process. We left after signing and I could not stop thinking about it. I can compare it to the buyers remorse you would have after purchasing a timeshare when you were at a resort in Mexico. I contacted them immediately and said we would not be transferring any accounts but would be interested in their retirement advisor services. I asked them to make sure our accounts were cancelled. I emailed every week for a month and never was contacted. I still do not have an answer. For us something did not sit right and when they did not contact us it confirmed that we made the right decision. I was leery when the only newspaper in their lobby was the Epoch Times and I should have went with my gut then. I would like to note that I waited more than a month to write this review to see if they would respond and like I said I'm still waiting. It's unfortunate.

God deals harshly with those who treat widows and orphans poorly. What you give, you will get back tenfold. May the Lord have mercy on your souls.
