So glad I did. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted immediately by Mr Larson who took my hearing aid to the back telling me he could fix it. I waited about 10 mins when he advised me that he had glued it and was just waiting for it to set. Five minutes later I had my hearing aid back and was walking out the door with no charges. I was so impressed with this business and would highly recommend them to locals there and others like myself traveling and unfamiliar with the area. Thank you again.

Billing was strange. My procedure was to be held at 8am on Wed. On Tuesday I received a text from…read morethem stating I needed to make a $25 copay before the end of the business day or my surgery in the morning would be cancelled... this is the first tyme anyone has pre-billed me the day before and threatened to cancel my surgery!!! It doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth that's for sure! I'm lucky I checked my text messages in tyme! It's too early to see how well the procedure went but another strange thing happened... all of the nurses pre-op took good care of me, but one used language that didn't inspire confidence. When she left the room she said "We will try to do our best to take good care of you." Those aren't the words I would have used.
