I was having insurance issues with some custom orthotics.My insurance would not cover them which prior to this I was told by them they would be covered.The receptionist told me to call my ins.co. and tell them to make them the primary ins.Medicare is primary aarp is secondary .Is what my ins. told me.Then she tells me if I'm having issues to call her when I get home.These places have ONE universal number.Plus this person should know that Medicare is always the PRIMARY ins company.She should have known that.So that cost me $ 500 out of my pocket.I needed them so I had no choice.Piss poor.Then the orthotiics Dr.Thomas made were worthless and did no good.Six weeks later after I broke them in I still had foormpain.The orthotics Dr Thomas made were poor quality .Glorified Dr Shols is all they were.They were nothing like previois orthotics I had made from other places.So I went to thetore in St.Anthony and dealt with a Dr. Vancil for a orthotic adjustment.That was a joke.He wouldn't do shit.Just gave me a cortizone shot.He didn't listen to a word I said about the junk orthotics Dr.Thomas made.Don't go here. read more

I have always found the doctors and staff to be very efficient and helpful. Deanna at the front desk is very nice in taking me back to the exam room and patient in helping me set up the next appointment. Dr. Vancil recognized the problem that had been bothering for years (and had just recently gotten worse) and did what needed to be done to alleviate it. It took several months of treatment (because of the condition) but my foot is now healed and feels better than it has felt in years. Thank you to all the staff, and especially Dr. Vancil. This place does not know what they are doing. I was to pick up some foot wraps I got there nobody is there and I was told they opened at 9 am. So I called the only number they have and not anybody has know idea what I was talking about. They kept saying you must be at the wrong place. Looked up my name said I am not in there records I said I was just there last Friday and went home with some stuff but didn't have everything I needed so Joan will send it to me. But I did not get anything found out she sent to wrong address so that when she told me to pick them up tomorrow before my appointment with my PT But still insisted I was at the wrong place I said I am right in front of it and it's the same place I do at last Friday. Then the lady on the phone tried to let my that they don't do wraps in the clinics I just got some last Friday. SO I THINK THIS COMPANY IS CRAZY. What an absolute joke of a clinic. Went there as I was referred to them by my chiropractor. I will never ever recommend this clinic to anyone. First, their xray equipment was non functional and was talked about by the "receptionist" as not working for some time. They didn't have my actual x-rays to even look at. I had to run to my chiropractor to get a xerox copy of them for them to see. That's what they used to diagnose. What A JOKE. And then they bill me for 30 minutes when all I saw of the Dr was less than 15 minutes total. All they recommended for me was to wear a brace. Seriously. Do not go here. Waste of time. read more

Took 4 different doctors since 2013 to figure out what was wrong with my foot. I had surgery on 2/25/16. At my 1st post op appt, 10 days later, the doctors staff called the wrong hospital to get my biopsy report. Finally, after I told them where they had done my surgery, I was promised that I would get a copy of that report. Now, here I am 3 post op visits & 5+ weeks & I'm still waiting for it! Very concerned about the quality of patient care. I will NEVER recommend this foot clinic!!! read more

Dr. Pham is simply outstanding, she knew immediately what my issue was, confirmed it with X-ray, explained my options. Made me a temporary solution that worked beautifully. We'll now work on a permanent solution. She also gave me tools to fix all my shoes. Very happy with clinic, timely, appointments to suit my schedule. Great support staff, assistants.
