There are three saunas, six cold plunges (half inside and half outside), and red light therapy. The wood sauna gave an incredible amount of heat and was the hottest one. It was awesome to be able to go back and forth between the different wellness options. I appreciate they have two changing rooms and plenty of storage spaces. Towels were available as well.
