Where do I even start?! I think it's best to preface that I was the girl who got bullied because of her weight and ended up developing bad/ borderline dangerous eating habits that definitely got the weight off, but was incredibly weak (i.e., I couldn't even walk up the stairs without being winded). I never had any experience with training or gymming until I found out about Drew and JP's training program. I can honestly say that anyone can do it! I came to Drew in July '21 because I had a hip injury due to months of improper form and I wanted to fix it. I had been lifting for 2 years however I learned so much more in a couple weeks with Drew than I did in my 2 years of lifting.
