I don't really give time of day on one star places as mistake is made, why share it publicly ?!…read moreI'll go with "sharing is caring" on this one. You are entering one of those semi empty places, opportunistic to the fact that they are close to the parking lots so catering to all those lazy and unprepared to walk down 10 minutes and explore the incredible options of food and drinks in the town. "What you get is what you are" when you enter this place - a lazy complacent and entitled service. The staff, full of attitude yet ZERO customer service probably is working there for the same reason you came in, working down in the town is too hard since you would be expected to be polite, caring and focus on the customer. Why should you, when you can serve your rude attitude 5 feet from where you parked your car.
But what were we doing here you might as. As your first guess and only logical answer might be, using the toilet, I would like to clarify that no, that was not it. The reason was much, much spicier. The business also shares a mini golf field. The place seems always close as we passed by 4 times in two days and nobody was using it. We did use it last year, with faint memories of the same ANTI customer service focus from the staff. We asked if we can use the place, was explained that it's "impossible" the place closes at 3pm. It was 2:35.
Explained that there was still time. The guy would not hear it, acting like he might have to be our caddy for the next 25 minutes. I don't get these guys, don't get this attitude. It was clear that the place was never opened that day and the guy simply did not want to bother with it. That's 3 people willing to pay 3 full charges for 25 minutes.
We left. Last year it took the guy 20 minutes for an espresso and a bill. Parking Lot service, parking lot taste. This place will have robots serving in less than 10 years, more efficient, same cold service and probably a more consistent schedule.
