Following the great exodus to the high desert, we were famish and were looking for a local spot to check out and ended up at Miguel's Baja Grill. The place was packed with people grubbing, laughing, drinking and watching the game. Lucy for us, we were able to be seated right away... And we had a large party. The staff was friendly, offering up recommendations of the food they offer and how it would pair with your favorite beverage. Not too long of a wait after ordering, we got out food and the table went silent. Everyone was enjoying every bite of their food. All of the staff are friendly, while still being professional. My past experience at champagne brunch buffets has been food quality is not what it should be. This is NOT the case! Peel and eat shrimp, and chiviche were delicious'. Champagne is 2 glasses per adult, but they are generous pours. The buffet food was all tasty but to me the stand out was the ribs. First time dining at Miguel's after a long day, I was trying to find something good to eat and I was in the mood for Mexican food something good with tacos. So I looked up places and looked at reviews and menus and I found this place since it was behind Costco and I always drove by there but never really got to stop by til today and Jesus!!! Food was amazing and fresh, the server was nice and attentive and food was really really good and excellent I will be back and I found my new spot for Mexican food. Very delicious and very clean place, also chill place to be on a Saturday night with family. Next time I'll be ordering some carne asada tacos with some micheladas. read more

We've been to Miguel's several times since my first review. Every single time since then, has been phenomenal! The boss (owner) Miguel made our Cadillac Margaritas which were amazing!!! Miguel is always at his restaurant greeting his guests and also making sure everyone has a great meal and experience. Chips arrived right away, warm and not too crispy. Two different salsas were brought to the table one a little spicier than the other. Both very authentic. My Hub's always orders the one item combination plate with the chile rellano, rice and beans. The Beans De La Olla are absolutely delicious! I wish I knew how to duplicate! I try something different every time we go, I've never been disappointed!!! The server Myrna was delightful this evening. All of the servers at Miguel's are very kind, very knowledgeable and seem to really enjoy working at Miguel's!!! We ordered the Parillada, which said was good for two people. It was ALOT of food! Dish includes a variety of meats, bell peppers and onions, with grilled pineapple and mushrooms, all served over a sizzling plate. Our server Sofia always ensured we were taken care of. The place can be deceiving from the outside, but is clean and spacious inside, with lots of large tables. The interior is decorated with Mexican-themed decor, while traditional Mexican music played in the background. When in Victorville, I recommend this place. read more

The taco was more chewy than crispy but the flavor was great. Love the relleno!! It is a nicely decorated place, beautiful bar with lots of choices. We had flan for dessert but it was lumpy. Not sure if that is traditional but others I have had are smooth. It had great flavor and the sauce was really really yummy! Only negative is that it is a loud environment due to the design.
