Called Mikail to hear about availability for a keratin cure for hair the same night and got a real good impression of them because they could pick us up in 10-20 minutes later. We agreed on a prize between 200-400 Turkish lira that seemed like the price for different treatment, just the cure and cure with straightening of the hair. We decided that we wanted to do the treatment that normally takes 2-4 hours where you should sit with the cure in around 1 hour in wet hair. The good impression changed when we got to the saloon where it happened a misunderstanding about the price, we discussed the new information between us because what we expected changed. The man who helped us quickly turned irritated and stated and treated us like "difficult customers" when we really just wanted to discuss the price between me and my friend. After some while we decided to do the treatment despite the expensive price, the one who got irritated and stated left us and abbonded us with some of his coworkers that was very nice and did our stay a bit better. Otherwise after an hour of the treatment that only felt like a wash and blow dry, also questions about going to the club and dance with them and they wanted to tattoo our bodies because they apparently was good bodies for tattoos, and then we were done. We were shocked over the short amount of time they used when we were prepared that it would take very long time, and considering that I was informed that my hair was so thick that it would for the first get more expensive and for the second it would take up to 4 hours, we asked questions about this and then we were just faced with the question "have you taken a keratin treatment before?" followed up by rumbling eyes. He also offered a manicure like a "bandaid on the wound", but when we nicely thanked no my friend was met with the comment "you look like a person who is never happy and always complain" in front of all in the saloon, we though this was very unprofessional and humiliating. After finally and gotten to an "agreement" and where supposed to be drives home he putted us in a car with a driver that did not speak any English, did not know which part of Alanya he was supposed to go and wanted our Facebook and Instagram because we were so pretty. Off course we are aware that prices can varied, but we think that the way we got treated in this saloon was very unprofessional, unproperiate and uncomfortable. read more
