We are having a major potential issue with our house. Instead of getting my agent on the phone I got one of his assistants, who upon hearing what was happening at our house insisted that State Farm would not be covering that although not sure. That she would talk to the agent and get back to me. By the end of the day I still had not heard back, so I called again asking to speak with Bryan. I was transferred again to this assistant and she again declined to help said my case would not be covered by insurance and when I mentioned I will talk with my counselor she laughed. Fast forward two days, I've filed an official claim with State Farm and I received a call today that this would be covered by my insurance if the damage is indeed below my home in the piping. (All things she refuted). I'm taking my families business elsewhere, both for the reason the agent refused to call me and still has not and the sheer attitude that this assistant had. Take your business to someone who cares.
