My pour was 1670 square feet with 33 cubic yards 1697 that had a fair amount of complexity in terms of drainage and curbs and levels. The set up took 3 days including grading, forming and rebar with a crew of eight. I also added my neighbors smaller driveway that enlarged the project by 450 sq ft and took our pour up to 42 cu yds. On the pour day we had 14 finishers who did a quality job, and on the following day they returned to finish removing forms and did an excellent cleaning up removing all construction debris. This is a top quality second generation family company. I found the entire team to be easy to deal with, friendly, very professional and conscientious in their work. I now have them on my list of those i will choose to deal with in future. This is a top quality company that keeps its promises and works well with the customer. A+ in my book. Abel Jr got back to me promptly and offered to come out for a quote within a couple days. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even had a drone which took overhead pictures of the area I wanted done. By the following day, I had a very detailed quote sent to my email. The price was reasonable, their company is licensed and bonded and the contract was well written. Now on to the most impressive part. Abel Jr scheduled me in within a few days to start the work. Abel Jr, Abel Sr and their team arrived within the 30 minute window they gave me and got right to work. Within an hour or so of being there, Abel Jr told me they would pour the concrete that same day! This included removing 10" of dirt, a drip irrigation system, sealing said system, laying the base rock, pouring the concrete and applying the finish/joints to match the driveway. After all was said and done, they did a fantastic job in a fast and professional manner! They were a pleasure to work with and I will use their services for any future needs!

We got in touch with Dillon and explained. He understood, asked some questions, made some recommendations, and came back to us with a detailed quote. We were surprised with the price, it was reasonable and under what we expected to pay. He sent over a contract which included the estimated time to complete the work. 10-12 working days. Eric was assigned as our project manager for the project, and Jaime was the lead foreman. They were phenomenal as was the entire crew that did the work. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and made sure we had a safe way to enter/exit our home. They were friendly and kept us in the loop the whole time. During their work, we decided that we wanted to replace the front yard fence, and after letting them know, they completely replaced the fence the next day. They did all the work with the city to get the necessary approvals for the curb work, as well as handled all the work with the utility companies to make sure their work didn't damage anything underground. The result is great, and we love how it turned out. It's better than what we wanted, and they managed to do it all within the original quoted time AND at the original quoted price (excluding the change order for the fence replacement).

We were so happy with the new driveway and front yard landscaping that Unique Pavers did last year…read more(below) that we hired them again! They completely transformed our backyard to include two patios surrounding a putting green, a low wall, pathways, and new landscaping with fruit trees and a hedge with drip irrigation. An extensive drainage system included french drains, area drains, and tying the downspouts directly into drains. This was important because water would pool in our backyard after heavy rains. We had high expectations because we knew what Unique Pavers did for our driveway and front yard, and they did not disappoint! Rick has amazing vision when it comes to designing spaces. Dan is a great project manager who was onsite nearly every day and has excellent communication skills. And the hardscape and landscape crews really know how to execute; they worked hard and worked together well. This was also the first winter that I didn't have water seeping into our foundation and flooding, all thanks to the drainage work that Unique Pavers did at the same time as repaving. Of all the companies I got quotes from, Chris was the only one to ACTUALLY LISTEN to our vision. He asked questions, and gave valuable feedback to bring our idea to life. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND when he noticed the water damage and gave a very reasonable price to address it (in hindsight, this was such a huge value add that I hadn't even considered). He also project managed the coordination with my separate fencing contractor, which I really appreciated. He's timely, efficient, responsive, and extremely thorough. Construction has many unknowns, and it's the way the team handles things that leaves lasting impressions. When the team hit a water main (not their fault, the original was improperly placed), they immediately contacted a plumber to solve the problem within hours.
