Extremely disappointed with JL Wilson Electric…read more They initially came out on a Friday to give us a quote and move a light switch just a couple feet--from outside the room to inside. That same Monday, two electricians returned to check why two kitchen outlets on the same wall weren't working. Instead of checking the breaker or doing any real diagnostics, they opened every outlet in the kitchen and even took down a light fixture, only to say "we can't figure it out." It took them two hours to do what I could've done in 30 minutes. They also left my kids' room with an open electrical box and didn't even install the ceiling fan--the main reason they came out in the first place. Then, radio silence for over a week, no updates, and when I called, I was told they considered the job "done." Turns out they were just waiting until they got back from vacation to schedule the rest... but no one told me that. In the end, a simple job that could've been completed in 2 hours took over two weeks, and I was charged over 5 hours for only 4 hours of actual time on-site (confirmed via my Ring camera). Unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the hassle. Would not recommend.
