Tree had fallen so that it damaged the eaves but not roof structure. It also lay across a large deck with built-in railing and seating. Bobbys workers planted $1995.00 worth of trees in November 2014, with a guarantee that they would leaf out which was guaranteed until June 1, 2015. In April 2015 we called Bobby and he said use miracle grow on the two River Birch which looked like they were dead. He also said he would come out and look at them. Well after many calls which weren't returned it is now August, 2015 and one of the trees looks like a charley brown tree and the other has small leaves even after a summer of fertilizing. Very disappointed and would give no stars if I could.
