Mike Krische Plumbing was assigned by a home warranty company to replace a Pressure Reducing Valve on my home. Less than 1 year later, it has failed. I discovered he used a plastic part instead of the recommended metal (so he could pocket more money of course). When I called to ask if he could honor a 1 year warranty, he refused. He told me that plastic parts are what he uses exclusively and that failure after 1 year is common. Unless you want inferior parts that will fail, do not use Mike Krischke Plumbing. read more

Do not hire. My warranty company assigned Mike Krischke Plumbing to replace my broken and leaking water heater. The soonest this company said they could fix my water heater was 2 weeks away. I patiently waited the full 2 weeks without a working (and leaking) water heater. The morning when Mike was supposed to arrive, he called and said he was having car trouble (the most common excuse I always hear from service companies when they are too busy).
