She lied and manipulated me into thinking I was getting what I wanted which was $270k buyer pays close. She ended up tricking me into pay all the closing cost and told me she would sue me I didn't sell it because I was under contract. That was not the deal I would never sold my house and pay someone over 15k to "show" the house. Also she brings all of her kids with her and asked me if I would watch her kids while she viewed the house very unprofessional. Just look at the pictures.
