I've had a life insurance policy with Andy Erlers for years. I will be looking for either a new representative or a life insurance policy with a different insurance company. My State Farm Rep is ALWAYS very nice & helpful--we had only reached out to Andy to see if it would be cheaper to switch companies. I would rather keep paying what I do than deal with an ignorant Representative.
