Let me count the ways. 1. NEVER EVER yell at your Customer! 2. Respect your customers property by NOT parking your truck on their paver sidewalk! When coming to collect your pay, don't have the gall to ask for ANY additional money for "extra work" you did without asking or discussing with the customer 1st, then expect to be paid for it! Also, it's also undesirable to have your wife show up on your job & who also parks her car in your yard & stays the day as well! When you give an estimate, I never ever go with a guy who drops the price from 575 to 375 then 250 in under 5 min, this tells me you aim high in the hopes that we'd agree on a higher bid, then keep dropping the price so not to completely loose the job! 1 & done here! read more
