I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again.

The undercarriage spray works. I pull up until I hear the the message to stop and park. The front brushes start to spray then they go back to their side position and I hear a message to pull forward and exit the car wash. I waited a minute or so but the cycle did not start. I pulled around to the office. Knocked several times. No answer. Called the number on the sign for assistance but it went to VM. I left a message detailing exactly what happened and have yet to get a reply. Terrible customer service. I've been going there for years but I'm done.
