For the life of me I cannot understand why this Pilot location isn't rated over 4 if not 5 stars!…read more I've had to stay at this location for the past 4 days/nights and it way exceeded my expectations. First off, the bathrooms are super clean and well maintained. The food areas are organized and again SUPER clean. They mop the floors constantly and the team is always looking to make the place organized. Food wise, service at Taco Bell and Wendy's is MEH but for the Pilot side, food is hot, fresh and in good supply. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. Lastly the showers.....they are THE CAT'S MEOW! Clean as a whistle. Cleaned and sanitized between each patron. Super hot water (if you want that) and great water pressure. Plus clean towels and soap. Well worth the $17! While I'm working remotely, I'm watching the staff outside clean the concrete near the pumps, wipe the trash cans and pumps down, etc. They are always cleaning up the grounds, emptying trash, etc. Well done Pilot! This is why I stop here with the rig while on travels!

Some of them are out of order (just the diesel ones?) but I had no issue and I earned a one cent per gallon rebate from Upside. Inside the restrooms were very clean. There are plentiful snacks and drinks. They also have a beer cave! I like that! There's an air station around back. Nice store! I'd stop again!
