They did not complain about my dog who is very friendly. I called to get a new key made for my cx 9 they came made me a new key but when they left I noticed…read morethat my door would beep after I took my keys out. It was annoying but not a big deal until I realized that I can no longer start my car with the remote start because my car is registering a key inside the ignition. When I called them ( a month later cause I hadn't needed to use my remote start ) he told me it's an old car and it was nothing they had done. Yet the beeping started the day he made my key. So moral of the story is you get what you pay for .He would not take responsibility for it. Just told me my cars old. I should have just spent the extra money and had it done right in the first place.
