When you do not care, the customer does not care. The guy in front of me told me he had been here for 1.5 hours. So he got here 15 minutes prior to me. The smart guy who jumped to the other lines, the one who arrived 45 minutes after me, got in ahead of me. Employees do not care. Everyone...think of all of this and the other reviews prior to visiting. * Expensive * Slow * Waits as long as 2 hours for your 'quick' oil change. * No control over lines. First come first serve doesn't apply. * Up charges Total time for me: 2 hours and 18 minutes. Less time by about an hour if you chose the correct bay. I chose incorrectly.
