Been going to Mikes for over 10 yrs, the old owners Mike and Vanessa were the absolute best, took customer service & customer satisfaction along with going over and above to problem solve your shipping needs. I have spoken with new owners who seems to be just as eager to do the same which I am so pleased....if I had to return to some shmuck who was arrogant and not willing to work with you like so many of the parcel places are in Pembina, I would just shopping all together. Jackson, the new owner is amazing even introducing as policy a pick & pack for example so people who are purchasing from Marketplace enviroments, that will break up your order instead of bringing items together as much as possible before shipping out. Walmart had split up my items as much as 12 or 15 different tiny little bottles. The old owners would collect each courier item, then just put them together for me, then only charge for say 10 instead of 12. very fair, even refrigerant items for cancer meds, I could proceed but all I know that not one of the companies out in Pembina beat Mikes Parcel Pickup when shipping items needed to come to Winnipeg! read more

I can honestly say that I have tried all the Pembina Pick up businesses, however, none even compare to the service at Mike's. They pick up the telephone (imagine that), they do not send emails daily that they want you to pick up your item TODAY or else....and are willing to go over and above to help you with all your needs. Last week I emailed them about using their refrigerator, they did not have it on their website, but of course, within half an hour they responded with of course you can! Anything we can do to help you out! Other companies I have been harassed daily for leaving my item in for over 2 weeks, they called reminder emails, but I called them harassment. A reminder email is after a couple months, and it consists of 1 email, not daily! Not to mention the price difference, and Mike's is right into Pembina, where the other guys are hell and gone! Plus they are associated with the pick up courier, now they are really over priced, but when your in a jam they are Super Friendly and very honest, trustworthy and as well provide amazing customer service! read more
