I was able to get an appointment here for my tattoo. After exchanging some ideas with Bobby, we figured something out. Not only was his ideas great, but he wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. While getting inked up a few other ppl came in for minor piercings. How he was able to not only do mine, but squeeze in the other two customers was amazing. Wish I got the guy's name but the piercer who is now here at Mike's Tattoo is awesome. He pierced my nose and did a very quick job! He was very kind and I was a little nervous, he coached me through it. Would highly recommend coming here if you would like a piercing, I followed his aftercare instructions and had no issues with my nose piercing! I came back about 3 months later to have my nose jewelry changed from a corkscrew stud to a hoop (only cost $5) and he did it so quickly. Sanitized everything in front of me even my old jewelry stud. I got a tongue piercing and I think he did a rly good job, it was reasonably priced. He went rly fast when piercing it so the pain wasn't too bad. Only thing is that u can't pay with card, but he does have a atm there so it's no big deal. read more

Definitely white supremacists if that helps you decide whether or not to go here. The sign on the door says "NO MASKS ALLOWED" and that doesn't sit right with me. They don't answer their phone and have incorrect hours on Google, overall very unprofessional. Got my nose pierced here and the guy was douchey. After following their aftercare instructions diligently for more than a month I still have a keloid... ended up having to take it out & will not be going back here & I don't recommend anyone else does either. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I had gone to Mike's to get my first lip piercing when I was 13, and the experience was great. I came back about a week ago (I'm now 22) and I have to say a disappointing experience was an understatement. The staff weren't friendly AT ALL. I'm a bigger girl, and I was getting my belly button done, so it was a very sensitive and important thing for me to decide to do. I was waiting for a good 10 minutes until the man who was piercing me came out to the waiting area, did not even tell me his name and just waved me to the back room. Did not say a word to me except asking what jewelry I wanted. Gave no warning at all and just pierced me. To make matters worse, I wasn't even given my consent form until AFTER I was pierced. He was much nicer to the thinner girls who came in after me and made me very uncomfortable because it was very much like flirtatious energy and I was treated so coldly and like my piercing was something he did NOT want to do. As a few days went on I had a very bad feeling in my gut about this piercing, so I spoke to a friend and she referred me to a woman artist who does piercings at Kelltic Ink. Her name is Vee and she used to work at Mike's. I went to see her and she immediately told me my piercing was WAY too small. I did all the proper cleaning techniques but was in so much pain. The WORST experience I have ever had at Mike's and will definitely not be returning and will be referring people to Kelltic Ink instead. They were way more friendly and definitely cared more about my well being and the integrity of their work. read more

I would give this shop two stars really only because it did have a nice appearance and looked well put together however I was not pleased with my experience here. A friend recommended me here for a piercing because they had very cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for. The piercer seemed uninterested and bored the entire time and wasn't very knowledgeable or helpful in answering my questions. I'm not sure what kind of jewelry they use but I wound up with a very bad allergic reaction to the material and later got an infection. Some of their tattoo work looked nice but I won't be returning for anything piercing related.. read more
