We also added some "betterment" items that we paid for from our own pocket, in addition to the insurance proceeds. The work that has been performed has been confirmed by Citizens' "Contractor Connection" as substandard. This company performed work without acquiring the proper permits, including relocation of kitchen appliances, electrical wiring, and bathroom conversions. Their work left our home in hazardous conditions, and my family - including my one-year-old daughter - was exposed to live wiring. NRE also caused ongoing delays, missing multiple promised completion dates and failed to schedule or supervise the work properly. It has been over a year since our loss, and the work is still far from complete. We had to move back into our home without a kitchen, countertops and other necessities. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

They painted the finished drywall, and it looked like it had never been damaged. When it came time to paint our kitchen and bedrooms, we called him for the job.
