This one tree was a monster, maybe 80' tall, and 2.5' diameter at the base. They didn't have to do this for me knowing I couldn't pay in full or even pay much at all. They did it, because they knew it needed to be done. They did it, because they didn't want them to fall on my house or my kids. There aren't too many companies like this out there. Cherish them when you find them. Another company for example told me it would cost almost 3x as much, that they needed specialized equipment, and that they wanted me to take sections of my fence down too... Nelson's? They showed up, climbed up, used ropes, and saws... No damage to anything.

They did an amazing job and truly are "tree pros." There was no damage my house, patio, or other structures even though the trees were very close to several structures. They cleaned up as they worked and left my yard in good condition. I had asked to keep the wood so they cut it into manageable pieces and stacked it for me. They also got me in contact and arranged for all my stumps and roots to be ground down. They were prompt with their communication and offered fair pricing that was actually less than other companies had quoted. Highly recommended this company for any difficult tree removal jobs.

For the past 3 days I have called everybody and I mean everybody possible to get this cat out of the top of the tree where he has been stuck and rained on for two days straight with no food or water. Today Two Guys Trimming, Inc. Took time out of their day to come and rescue this cat out of the top of the tree with their equipment. They were very respectful and respectful of the property and the grass and they were very fast at this ! They had to do multiple trips from Jefferson to Watertown just to help me . They did NOT charge me a dime for this cat. I know a couple people have asked about donations if you would like to donate please donate directly to them . They literally came and saved this cat. You can see in the video this cat wanted to get down so bad when he was up there that the cat was not even trying to run away from him even with the bucket going towards it. I cannot stress how much this means to me that they actually came and helped me when I didn't think there was any way possible to get him out after all of the calls I've made with no success these last 3 days. I have now taken the cat to the Watertown Humane Society and we have named him Willow after the tree lol . But now he will be somewhere warm and be with people that can take care of him until hopefully he goes to his forever home. That cat really had a rough three days up there with non-stop crying and rain with no shelter. I am forever thankful. I was literally getting so frustrated because I have called everywhere for the past 3 days Non-Stop and it was all dead ends. I do wish there was somewhere you could call for incidents like this but thankful to these two guys for saving the day!! Please give these two guys and their fb page some recognition!!!! They deserve it!!!

I wouldn't necessarily vouch for his honesty either. When he failed to coplete the job we agreed on he claimed that we agreed on something else. It's why, unlike others who gave us a proposal, he never offered a written proposal. He also offered an unusually wide difference between cash and a check. I can understand charging extra for credit, but a check?? I wasn't going to argue with him, but, as I told him, I wouldn't hire him again no matter what. I had some good photos to attach, but I had trouble uploading them. I think they are pretty persuasive, but you should have the idea anyway.

Where they get poor reviews it is always when they are late to appointments or just don't show up. I decided to give them a chance figuring if we got past the quote appointment, I'd be fine. Well, the appointment came and went without so much as a call. Thus a single for having to rearrange my schedule to be home for them and wait.....and wait......and wait. I could have had somebody else here already which is what I am now doing.
