First and foremost I am disabled, and Jeff Milam told me to get a job! I was escorted out of the Jeff Milam office by Jeff Milam himself when I had an appt with him in June 2018, but they said I never had one on the calendar. Jeff did most of the speaking and did not let me get a word in edge wise, Jeff made it very clear and quoted "I AM NOT MAKING NO MONEY ON YOUR CASE AT ALL" he also stated in his own words " ITS HARD TO WIN CASES WHEN YOUR UNDER 50 YRS OLD"- well that is age discrimination first of all .l. He made it very clear he had "NO TIME TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT MY CASE IN JUNE 2018, when I had an appt set up & he wouldn't let me speak , he did all the talking. Diabetes is a #1 killer, Epilepsy is a disability(granmal seizures)-according to the ADA, CTS, Asthma, Now about 2 month out of nowhere I get an email telling me to call him ,to come in for what for you can escort me out the front door , I signed a wavier for My attorney Jeff Milam to represent me & I now know he did a very bad and poor job since he could not and did not win my case. Yet again I was embraced and upset for being escorted out the door , but according to Jeff Milam -I'm not sick and he has to guts to tell me to get a job! I got my paperwork from appeal board and found out that I lost my case due to the lies of Milam law. Worst representation ever A month later his spouse Seng emailed me to come back into the office apologized for the bad representation of her husband Jeff Milam , this was a con, they wanted to remove the review from YELP PAGE ONLINE, THEN THEY POSTED THEIR OWN REVIEW (POSITIVE REVIEW)WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, WITH IS FRAUD AND REMOVED AND REPORTED , they told me to reapply for disability again, so I did in Aug 2018 and that I need to apply for SSI , WELL I just found out Jaunary 2019 that I have an appeal since 2014 and have decide to TERMINATE BOTH MILAM ATTORNEYS SINCE THEY HAVE DONE NO WORK ON MY CASE AND REFUSE TO WORK ON MY CASE FOR BAD REPRESENTATION ... read more

I have over 15 years of legal experience, so I know my way around the legal arena and am a good judge of character and work ethic.
