Ripe cherry tomatoes, big slices of Parma ham, fresh arugula, and a generous amount of shaved Parmesan which was quickly melting on the hot pie. A great combo which tasted just as good when eaten as leftovers the next morning. They also do sandwiches and pastas, and they can do a whole wheat pizza base if that's your thing.
