He performed the work in the time frame he had promised. He and his crew arrived early each morning, and worked straight through until the day's work was complete. His crew members were friendly, and all introduced themselves and shook my hand. By the project's completion, I knew each of them by name. I've spent my life in the construction trades, and I've never seen a crew work so well together, in terms of being considerate and helpful of each other.
