The technician, Scott, could not have been a better role model for this company! He was professional, polite, friendly, hard working and demonstrated serious attention to detail throughout his work. He did not stop until he was completely satisfied it was perfect, even going back over a couple of windows because he was not satisfied. He regularly updated me on progress, next steps and asked if there was anything else I felt needed additional attention. Overall, I could not have been happier with this experience. However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows.
