Do not pay David Dizney till the job is complete. He will skip out on you. Like he did to us. I have Texts. Email. Receipts.and pics. Does a great job. Just does not care too finish after final payment. Was made. This job was to take 1 week. I had to finish it my self. Here is what I had to finish and pay extra. Backfill. Seal patio. Have AC put back in place( charged by David. Then he didn't pay AC guy. So I had to pay twice.) Remove Demo Debris. Plant grass seed. Sod neighbors yard. He tore up. David Dizney is a Scammer!! He stole our $6,000 deposit from us, made us pay $2000 for roll offs and dirt that according to his contract were to be payed by him, and we had to pay $600 for sprinkler repair due to his negligence in marking any of our sprinklers or utility lines. Which again, according to his contract were to be done by him. He completely tore up our yard, which is where the three dump trucks full of dirt were used to repair our lawn. We now have no stairs to our front door or walkway because he tore them all out. We have to pump water away from our foundation daily with all the rain we have been getting because he left us with a "pool" where our front walkway was supposed to go. He lied on numerous occasions about a date for concrete pouring, with several excuses as to why it was being delayed. He would say he was coming back and never has. He now refuses to come back because I called him one time over a span of two weeks to see when he was returning or going to be able to actually finish his work. I have since learned he has an F rating with the bbb, a criminal record, and is known with several other contractors to have a very negative reputation. I seriously question not only his intentions, but also David's ability as a contractor, He has stolen from us, lied, cheated, and apparently has a reputation to back it all up. I hired David to install a concrete patio. After I paid him $1,575 down to begin the work... he never showed up... and subsequently disappeared for roughly 10 days. Due to my time constraints, I had to hire another contractor. After contacting him multiple times to make arrangements to return my money... he has made no effort to stay in touch and has been completely unresponsive. DO NOT HIRE HIM! read more

Quality work with sidewalk and driveway repairs. Also did great work putting in a new patio. David went the extra mile and made a cedar step to help transition from the garage side door to the new patio. I will work with them with any future concrete or fencing needs. Highly recommend. read more
