This place stinks! Find somewhere else to purchase your tile. The customer service is horrible and they are extremely overpriced. I placed my order and was told it would be in on Tuesday morning. It was almost noon so technically it's still morning, yet only part of my order was in. They didn't notify me ahead of time or apologize just said that the distributor made an error, forgot to include it on the truck but promised that it would be there on Friday. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers! read more

Milford Flooring did an exceptional job putting down a laminate floor in our basement. The installer, Richard was a perfectionist in everything he did. They are extremely professional in the entire process. They came and measured and gave us a date for installation and showed up on time! Milford did a two story hardwood installation 20 years ago under a different owner and did a fantastic job. They still have the same great installers working for them. We are having them do a total house hardwood installation in August because the house needs it and we love their work. The prices are competitive with the big box stores and there's no confusion as one or two men do the ENTIRE JOB!! We had Milford install new carpeting in two of our bedrooms in Bridgton. They ran into inventory/production issues with the distributor and mill (beyond their control), but Operations Manager Jim Arendt went out of his way to handle the issue, was a great communicator, made sure we were happy, and even came out on installation day. I contacted Milford flooring to tile two bathrooms and an entryway. Kevin Milford personally came out to do the estimate, which was quite reasonable. Kevin also recommended a local plumber (Pat Murphy, APEX Plumbing) and he coordinated with them. I am really happy with the way the floors came out, and I was given great help and personalized service every step of the way. The written estimate was exactly what the final bill came to, and the guy who laid the tile has been doing this for many years and was very friendly. I also received a call once the work was finished to make sure I was satisfied. Overall, I would be very happy to use their service again and can highly recommend this company. read more

Can't say enough good about this company! They were helpful, reasonably priced, quality goods and when the product I ordered was discontinued in the process, they stood up helping with a speedy, better quality replacement.
