Drivers were to arrive at 8-9am on Saturday. At 9:15am I call asking where they were & Jordan sounded surprised by my call like he forgot about my booking? He said he would call me back. He said his crew was a NCNS & thats why I didn't have a moving truck at my apartment. He said he would come by later. 1:05 pm and they finally show up. My apartment could have been loaded onto the truck by 1pm if they had shown up at the agreed upon time. I asked for 3 movers when I paid the deposit. I got 3 movers for one part of the move only. Still charged $150 for the extra man though. Saturday at 6:00pm they were done for the day. Had to come back Sunday to move remaining belongings (again, if they had been there at agreed upon time, the move would have been complete in one day). Sunday Jordan came at 12:06pm to finish the job with only 2 movers. The job was finished by 2:00pm. The quote I received via email & what he charged were not even remotely close. With all this said, I also have issue with the professionalism of the owner. For the 2 days I had contact with him during the move, I felt he was inappropriate in his conversation with me. He spent a lot of time trying to engage in conversation with me or flirting. In no way did I imply I as interested in him. His employees looked embarrassed for him. My 14 year old daughter even thought he was a creep for the things he was saying. By the time it came to pay my bill I just wanted him out of my house and away from my kids. I did contact him via tex the following day stating I believe he over charged me. He said he would look it over tomorrow and get back to me. He never did. I believe I got screwed over and harassed by a creeper. read more

1 I will gladly change my review once I receive an invoice for my payment. A drunk driver crashed into my apartment and I had to move my sparse belongings to storage so the contractors can make repairs. I explained that I am in a Rehabilitation hospital recovering from the trauma. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income and grateful to be reimbursed by insurance and was told the invoice would be emailed to me. My family met with the movers and paid them in cash (stupid trusting of me) and when my sister asked for a receipt, she was also told it would be emailed to me. I've sent several texts and an email to no avail. Unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I had planned to use this company to move my things back when my apartment is repaired, but at this point I'm hesitant. While they were quick and the best price around, it seems odd that a simple invoice for payment received, has not been sent yet.​ read more

Terrible experience. Movers never showed up and finally got a phone call an hour after the appointment saying they were delayed and wouldn't be able to come for 5 more hours. I do not recommend using this company unless you want to waste your time and money. read more

We moved from a ground floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment. Hence the need for movers. Like others, it is hard to get through by phone. I mainly used email. We had a lot of boxes. A LOT! Movers arrived right on time and were two of the nicest guys! They loaded and unloaded truck without complaint. They did knock a chunk of wood out of my very expensive hutch. They said they would make that right. Otherwise all belongings made it safe and sound. These are the movers to call! read more

Thoroughly explained needed help moving our belonging from our house to the new one across town. I originally had two men than a few hours later sent another two. In the beginning, I was quoted, two men. One helper which was smoking marijuana infront of our home. Twelve hours later, the supervisor who barely worked easily changed the price 3 to 4 times. He called his boss because we were disputing the following. Also, they never applied my down payment to the job. I was unsuccessful on negotiating. The boss, Sara threatened my husband to send "Jordan" to our house to "shake us down for cash." This is the shorter version of the story! I've using moving companies in the past. They're unorganized. Just moved to FW from out of town. Friends loaded our Uhaul for us but we needed someone in FW to unload. We chose Muscle Movers and were extremely satisfied. They showed up on time. The two men were very polite. They handled everything with care and didn't complain when we changed our minds on furniture placement or asked them to set something aside for later. They also finished unloading a packed 26ft Uhaul in just over 2hrs. We will definitely use them again! read more

We hired MMM to move our business office. I have never seen such a lazy moving crew. They were 30 minutes late, there was no sense of urgency what so ever. Our own staff began loading things into personal vehicles realizing this crew was not going to get the job done. Staff brought in their kids and grandmothers. There were 10 year old children and 65 year old women working harder than these 4 men in there twenties. It was ridiculous. There were 4 movers but they were never all working at the same time. There was always at least one on a smoke break. At one point, they disappeared for an hour (which we paid for) to eat dinner. Our own staff loaded 75% of the truck, no joke! Same thing on the other end. We did more than 50% of the unload. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip!!!! Now a month and several phone calls later, I am still waiting to hear back from the owner. Disgraceful! read more

On the 16th of March 2018 the "two cousin" crew showed up a few minutes late however they showed up with great attitudes and a willingness to give it their all! I and my spouse were very grateful for the assistance with our small move, probably around 2500lbs. So I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. The movers showed up at my house with my household goods and claimed that they had completely emptied my Public Storage space of all my belongings. after they had unloaded what they had I called Public Storage to tell them that I had vacated the spaces I rented. The associate told me that there was quite a bit of stuff left behind. Sweaters, my firewood and a hodge-podge of other items. I was told that I would either be charged a clean-up fee or I'd be charged for another month if my items were not removed. By the time I made my way to Public storage my spaces were cleared and the associate waved the fee. On a hunch I checked the dumpster on my way out and found several items belonging to me in there. I sharpen blades on the side and one item in the dumpster was a pricey part of my sharpening tools. It will take some time to discover what all was lost. I do NOT recommend these guys, vets or not! I told them that I'm a vet also and I did not get the service That I paid for and I did not deserve to lose ANY of the property that I paid and trusted them to move! Their Grade is an F! If you value your possessions steer clear of these guys!!!!! read more
