Only one nice person works there. The owner is a jerk as well. When voicing valid complaint about how I was treated by customer service staff, he denied that I received such poor service. He dismissed my complaints, and he, as well as most of his staff, except for one very nice gentleman, act like it's a hassle for them to talk on the phone or ring up merchandise for you. They act like they're doing you a big favor by taking your business. Where do they think their paychecks come from?? Not a big deal though, because even tho they are the only game in town, Bandon and Coos Bay are not very far away with much friendlier and courteous service. read more
