This beach bar has so much potential. It's located right on the sand, but instead of being able to enjoy the view of the gorgeous ocean, there's a 2 meter cement wall obstructing the view (suggestion to knock down the wall and show the goods).
While I would have preferred a chilled out selection of music, the DJ pumped Madonna from the 90s, bad techno, and other cheesy mashups. To make matters worse, the sound system was really bad.
The food took forever to arrive and one of our dished never made it out of the kitchen. So did the drinks, we ordered a round of caipirinhas and piña coladas. After waiting 20 minutes for each drink we ended up settling for beer.
Based on the location alone, there's a lot of potential to make Milk super inviting and lovely. Unfortunately, the decor is tacky, the music was amiss and the service wasn't there. read more
