Simply, do not board your cats at this facility. In more detail: I should have physically visited the place before taking the cats to drop them off. I should have followed my gut and walked out when I saw the facility instead of leaving them there for ten days. It was dirty and whoever designed the cat area has little idea about what cats need to be happy. There is no way for them to have privacy or sleep off of the cement floor in the individual kennels. Just a closet shaped space with a littler box and a tiny, unraveling, dirty cat tree too small sleep on. In addition, the food and toys I brought, in a large, purple, striped bag were somehow lost in the 6x12' empty cat room. This meant that my food allergic cat did not get his regular diet. Nobody called me or my emergency contact to rectify this situation, even though they had the specific information that my cat has food allergies. They are not dead. The sores on my allergic cat are fortunately minimal and don't require a $100 vet visit and two weeks in the cone-of-shame. There's just been four days of diarrhea. Even my husband, who picked them up and doesn't much care for them, said we are never taking them back. read more

My animals (cats) are well treated and loved here. There are 2 things you must be aware of though. They are pricey and VERY rigid as far as their hours. If you are gonna be late, be prepared for them to be less than pleasant about accommodating you. read more

The facility allowed my dog to run away, while in their care for boarding. I understand that things happen, but they didn't inform me that she was missing until 5 days later when I called to set up a time to pick her up. They made zero effort to find her and did not even attempt to contact me to let me know she was gone. The owner then proceeded to give me advice on "your next dog". I actively looked in the surrounding area and asked many people if they had seen her. The people living on the properties surrounding the kennel had stated that no one had informed them or asked them to look out for a missing dog. No assistance in finding my dog was offered or given by this facility. Please avoid this place, for about the same cost you can have your pet boarded at a veterinary facility, with much better care. read more

I boarded my 11 year old cat for about 6 days in August 2013. I travel a great deal and have used many different boarding facilities. I checked out this place before I decided to board the cat there. Cages are a nice size and the place looked relatively clean. My cat had all required vaccinations and no fleas. He is a beloved indoor cat. My cat came home completely riddled with fleas. There were so many flea eggs and feces in his fur that it felt like he had rolled in sand. I purchased flea meds the next day to calm my poor animal. I am not squeamish about the advent of a few fleas, but this was NOT a case of a couple of vermin. I waited a few days before I decided to call the owner. I called and informed him that my cat had become infested with fleas during his stay. I didn't complain excessively, I did not ask for my money back. I thought the owner would appreciate the information since this is his business after all. I told him which cage my pet was in thinking he would remove or swap out the cat furniture. Instead, the owner became enraged and belligerent and told me his place did not have fleas, the pets did. I told him his place MUST have fleas, because my poor pet got them there. He was completely uninterested in hearing anything about my cat's condition. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN. Not only is it flea infested, but the management apparently did not even notice the distress my animal was in during the time he was in their hands (assuming they did not know there is a flea problem in the first place). In addition, the management is apparently not interested in receiving feedback on how to improve conditions in their facility. I do not usually give bad reviews, but I think others might like to have this information. read more
