We brought our touring vans here so we could go and watch the Bridgwater Carnival. It's on in November so it was pretty cold.
The site itself is quite large. It's all set up in the old farm, obviously, so the buildings have all been converted and done out to accomodate the entertainment room etc.
The have two swimming pools, inside and out which are good. The outside pool has a cool flume slide.
They have a shallow boating 'lake' with a load of boats. When we went there was a trampoline room which popular with our kids.
The childrens play areas are fairly dated and could have done with a lick of paint, however we did go out of season so things may be spruced up for the next new year.
They have some apartments if you don't do camping.
It's definately worth coming down to stay, especially for the carnival which is absolutely awesome. read more
