This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! Originally gave me a quote, and provided me with his "insurance", but never called me back and hasn't returned my phone calls. I believe the insurance he provided was for lawn care, and wasn't designed to cover tree removal; and when I asked about this he stopped returning my calls. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me. Made me waste a week thinking I found a company to do the work I required. I could have spent that time looking for a company that could do the work. Basically multiple reviews for his former business echo this sentiment. This is why he renamed his business from Hillcrest to Hill.
